Hands down the worst banking experience of my life! They kept charging me NSF fees for things they didn’t pay for not affected them because no funds were pulled. They penalize you for it and charge NSF fees which racked up for me because a certain place kept trying to pull from my account. I called and told them what was going on and they gave me a hard time at first saying I’d need to close my account and get a new one which I wouldn’t have had an issue with except this it was a dedicated account for my son which is a pain ... read more
