I’ve gone to the Bandera & 410 location several times now, and Ashley has helped me every time. Most recently, she assisted me with opening my business checking account and was also able to help get me approved for business funding. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely took the time to explain everything throughout the process. I had a situation with my account where someone got a hold of of my account information. I was very stressed out but I came to culebra late in the day and Edna took excellent care of me. She made sure that all my accounts were situated and she didn’t rush me. She set everything up and has been following up since. Thank you Edna for your exceptional service. Please give her a raise
