Mobile Phone Protection is a scam. I was impressed with this perk and didn't expect it to be perfect, but reality seems it is literally non-existent. Took me 20 minutes on hold with their 800 number just to get the "non-account number Monitoring ID" required to file a claim with their 3rd party insurance provider.
