You need a negative rating for this one. I financed my truck thru Security Service Federal CU. It all seemed to go well, I have never been late or missed a payment. When they offered me the zero interest for 1 year credit card, I thought what the heck, I will pay off AMEX. I applied. Got the card , initialed the balance transfer. SSFCU said everything was great. I applied for a got a credit card from SSFCU. No interest for a year so I did a balance transfer. They did the transfer and DID NOT PAY OFF THE ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD. Now I have the balance in two places with a payment coming up on both. Isn't this a great way to do business. I am pretty sure this isn't legal, now I get to hire a lawyer to sort it out. I am not a happy or satisfied customer. Go somewhere else.
