The employee that helped me was friendly and professional, but apparently SSFCU suddenly doesn’t allow non-members to make change. Simply swapping small bills for large bills wasn’t allowed. Seems pretty absurd, especially when my credit union is a CO-OP member.

Came in to apply for a loan got great information even though I did not get approved, Kiara did a great job talking to me about the checking accounts benefits. I opened a PPC and she had a lot of patience setting up my Mobile App will be moving my money over from Chase.
The lady that sits behind the desk was VERY HELPFUL. Within 5 minutes I was done. BOOM!...
Thank you so much to Kiara she was super helpful we had to call Wells Fargo and they were not very helpful. We finally got through and got information we needed to payoff my home. I'd like to keep her as my banker because of all the patience she had with me.
