She spent a lot of time to take care of my loan and got everything ready without leaving my chair. I deal with a lot of banks but Yolanda was superb in her professionalism, customer care and answered and addressed all my concerns. Thank you Yolanda
Horrible service Mr.Oscar is of no use,he never answer's phone when you walk in and if it's a simple question, he will say"A banker will help you, and he says "IF YOU CANNOT WAIT, then come some other time, i approach a teller who helped me fir the same reason less than 2 minutes, I am gradually closing my accounts after 19 years.
This is the absolute, without question, worst bank on the face of the earth. They can't set up accounts properly. They can't update accounts properly. They can't provide a useful app. They can't build a 21st century website. I would say they can't accept payments reliably, but most of the time, they struggle to accept them at all. They can't set up recurring payments reliably. I could go on and on. I have never, in 50 odd years of banking, had so much trouble getting a bank to take my money.
