I am upset that they closed the branch on Main Street in SLC. I am older and all the other branches are too far for me too drive to.
No ability to make payment on credit lines with 3rd party account without autopay, cash or a $7.50 fee. Doesn't work with Zelle and their technology is subpar. That said, the people at the branch are wonderful so if you are looking for a vintage banking experience go with SSFCU.
My husband was a Charter Member of Beehive/ now SSFCU and we have always enjoyed exceptional service! Recently, both my mother and brother in VA died within 2 months of each other so I have had complicated banking questions and needs. I had a rather complicated request and dropped into my credit Union, ssfcu on Main Street. Kaylee took the TIME for me, and showed such care, that my problem was handled above and beyond my initial queries. Also want to give a shout out to Angela, also at ssfcu on main, who surprised me with FOUND money about a month ago. I have been so impressed with the people at this location and cannot thank them enough for helping this finance illiterate make the right decisions For my future Kudos !
