Not a knock on the branch, never had any issue and the people there are really friendly. Now SSFCU as a whole has really gone downhill in my opinion. I spoke to an associate over the phone for half of an hour regarding a fee on my checking account that just happened and my situation. My situation is: The closure of the Salt Lake Branch and distance I need to now go to if there is an issue on my account, or I need to deposit money overnight via the ATM.
