I’ve been a customer here for YEARS. They are NOT handicap accommodating at the drive thru at ALL!!! Each month I have to come thru the drive thru to get a cashiers check for my rent. I have been doing this for many years. Now they are telling me I have to come inside and it adds extra security to my transaction. I provide my license, how much more security do they need??? I think they are just lazy

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SSFCU Windcrest Bank, Particularly Vanity and Ray, deserves every bit of praise for their phenomenal service! Despite being a shared branch with the loan holding bank, they went above and beyond to help my wife and me pay off our loan. The loan holding bank was uncooperative and unhelpful at every turn, creating numerous obstacles. However, Vanity and Ray’s dedication, professionalism, and persistence made all the difference.
