I’ve been a member of the Fort Collins branch of Security Service Credit Union for over 15 years now! I can honestly say that it’s been the best banking experience I’ve ever had! Staff Amy, Riley and Amanda were very helpful today!
Riley helped me open a checking and savings account, he was so thorough with his explanation and didn't try to "upsell" me. No pressure banking! Additionally, Amanda finished up the account opening procedure and has the sweetest attitude. Customer service is top notch. It was all done under the watch of branch manager Brandy- a fellow FOCO native. This branch feels more like family than a business relationship! THANK YOU!
