I do not bank here and after today Would not bank here!! I have a check drawn on this bank and you can not get anyone at the local branch on the phone, the call center has to call the branch but will not give out the local phone number. after 30 mins on the call and on hold for half of that, they finally told me that they will cash the check at the branch but there is a fee to cash it..... WHAT..... oh yes if you have a check and want to cash it they charge you for it.
I have never had a bank that treated us like family. Amy, Erika, Amanda, and Brandy are incredible and my son makes it a point to stop and say hi to his bank girls when he rides his bike. Best customer service I ever had and the laughs we share every time I go in are priceless. We love you all!!!!
I can not say enough about the staff here. As a business owner you need to know that your money is in good hands and a team to support you if things happen. Any issue that comes up is handled with the upmost priority, and not by 1 person but the team. They will take care of you and your business. Amy, Brandy, Erika, and Amanda I appreciate you.
