Current member here. We recently went in to get a loan. Anastasia Moton is the one who got us started and was very helpful. For example I ended up wanting to change to a different type of loan since I learned that it made alot more sense that what I assumed would work so I didn't bring all the right documents for that type. If I could give negative stars I would. The only way this bank has any reviews above a 1 is because they paid for it. The absolute worst service. Every time I call its an act of God to get anything accomplished. I have been on hold for over an hour this time, and have been transferred 4 times and still no resolution. Can't wait until I can refi and move my loan to another bank. Unbelievable!
