@SSFCU, in respose to yur comment. I have sent the email to serviceteam@ssfcu.org. Also sent you guys a secure message through account management. I have not heard back. The SSFCU payoff letter is full of confusions and the call center reps have no idea of the details called out. We have been with security service Federal credit Union for many years now. All I have to say is they have been really great on providing different bank and possibilities to our family. All representatives are so courteous and polite. This place is truly a gym I just wish that there were more branches closer to where we live in Southern Colorado.

Where do I even start?? If I could give negative stars for Security Service, I would. If you ever have to call anyone that might have a clue about what is going on with your account, plan on spending 10-15 minutes on the phone pressing numbers to get through to someone. Then once you do get through you talk to a customer service rep that is fairly clueless or gives false information. Never have I had to go through so many hoops just to make payments, I've used TD in the past and their payment process takes maybe 5 minutes. This entity made their online payment system complicated for the sake of bombarding you with ads for their other services. I just want to make my payments and go
