We have been with security service Federal credit Union for many years now. All I have to say is they have been really great on providing different bank and possibilities to our family. All representatives are so courteous and polite. This place is truly a gym I just wish that there were more branches closer to where we live in Southern Colorado.
Where do I even start?? If I could give negative stars for Security Service, I would. If you ever have to call anyone that might have a clue about what is going on with your account, plan on spending 10-15 minutes on the phone pressing numbers to get through to someone. Then once you do get through you talk to a customer service rep that is fairly clueless or gives false information. Never have I had to go through so many hoops just to make payments, I've used TD in the past and their payment process takes maybe 5 minutes. This entity made their online payment system complicated for the sake of bombarding you with ads for their other services. I just want to make my payments and go
I'm still don't know what r the advantages on this card, at 16 percent interest, I'm hesitant to use it slot, couldn't I have gotten a lower interest rate I agree, especially when u have been with them for over 30 years
