@SSFCU, in respose to yur comment. I have sent the email to serviceteam@ssfcu.org. Also sent you guys a secure message through account management. I have not heard back. The SSFCU payoff letter is full of confusions and the call center reps have no idea of the details called out. I had paid off my loan in 18 months (instead of 7 years) and asked for a payoff. they sent a payoff with a fees of $2000 with no reasoning. when I called the customer care they kept claiming its penalty for paying off sooner. they took 8 months to g... read more
We have been with security service Federal credit Union for many years now. All I have to say is they have been really great on providing different bank and possibilities to our family. All representatives are so courteous and polite. This place is truly a gym I just wish that there were more branches closer to where we live in Southern Colorado.
