For the past two days before a bank holiday, I’ve had to begin my day by being on hold for 15 minutes (after listening to a 5-minute speech about which button to press) to remove a decline. Apparently, they only think a business is suspicious if the business depends on donations or is a sole proprietor. Not good for small businesses or reliable news reporting that is not pro-Trump.
I want to give thanks to Ashley Ortiz and her team at the Bandera at 1604 branch in San Antonio. Their continuous dedication and care for their customers is exceptional. As a regular customer partly due to the care I receive at this branch , I am truly thankful for all you do for me.
