I had brought a bangle in to the store. This was a 22k bangle in good condition. No gashes or issues. Marked on the top. I brought it into this store to have them give an offer. I’ve been here before. They took it to the back and gave an offer. The offer was fair and around what other places offered me. I take it home and find that they had filed into it without asking me.
