The Branch Manager Christina provides excellent customer service. She worked hard to make things work given my unusual circumstances and she made sure she was addressing all of my concerns. I am very happy with my experience with this bank because of her effort and expertise

My experience was trash. Opening account, was asked if I use my card daily “for lunch and what not”. Apparently that qualifies for verbal notification of banking fees. Bank had so many problems “online” or “power outages” whatever excuse Bonnie had for the day. So, I quit using it for 2weeks and a monthly service charge pops up. Wow. Great Bank.
