These guys charged me \$6 for a transaction at the ATM when it was advertised on the ATM screen as only \$2. Never again, I will drive To Urbana, Marysville, or Springfield to save the \$6 they charged me to get \$20 bucks!!!
Weve been with PNB since 1991 and have had nothing but excellent service. When my husband was in the hospital after an accident and our checkbook became a snarled mess, one of the associates sat down and reconciled everything for me -- what a stress-reliever that was! And, more recently, when a bill-pay check didnt arrive on time, they stopped payment at no charge, issued a new check, and overnighted it to the mortgage company.
