SNB a few years ago was a great bank to do business with, but because they have lost a few exceptional and caring employees this bank has gone down the toilet!!!!! This is only my opinion, but after doing business with them for 25 years I believe I have a pretty good idea of their track record. STAY AWAY. Horrible rude customer service in the lobby. Un friendly staff.
Worst customer service and and employees I have ever experienced. Very unprofessional , uppity staff from top down. They seem to have forgotten who is exactly the customer. They take every advantage possible on charging fees regardless of circumstance and will pull funds from your account without pedis soon or notification if they choose. Left a threatening and rude message to my ill wife on home phone as well . If you want to feel bullied and be tested like criminals.. This is your bank.
Be cautious of using SNBs (Enid OK) Web BillPay. When you enter an account number for a creditor, the account number on the check will be "masked" and the creditor will have a hard time identifying your payment. I have asked SNB about this several times (when WebBillPay was new) and was assured it wasnt an issue. Im calling them again tomorrow, as I have proof of the issue now. Worse yet, after you enter the biller information and go back to view it, the account number YOU JUST ENTERED in the Biller Information is now masked... read more
I have done business with this intitution, in the Business Mortgage Dept., for 8 years, the staff as well as the Vice President communicate on a high professional level, they excel in customer service, has always been dependable, accurate and can be relied upon to meet deadlines. Each and everytime Ive walked in their office they have giving me one on one attention, have listen to my needs and have done eveything to meet those needs.
