Very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the recent changes to their site. We have had automatic payments made for our auto loan since 2022 with no issue and all of a sudden they changed their system and it canceled our auto payment from our bank and could not help us fix it so I am having to take a check to the bank to make the payment and they want to charge me a late fee for the payment that their system cancelled.
