HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE ASSISTANCE, THEY HAVE NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ARE VERY HARD TO GET A HOLD OF WHEN NEEDED.
Very disappointed. Your lobby and drive thru hours state you’re open until 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays, yet I arrived at 12:43 p.m. and the doors were already locked. (See picture with time stamp at 12:46 ) we went around the drive thru to go inside the lobby and doors were completely locked when we tried going inside ! Closing nearly 20 minutes early is unacceptable when customers rely on your posted business hours. This review is not from me personally but I am writing this on behalf of my elderly mother (although I am a member of this credit union). My mother received the very worst customer service by one of the tellers, Eunise. She didn’t help my mother when she questioned an overdraft fee. She basically told her she couldn’t do anything. After doing some digging myself on my mother’s recent charges I could verify the reason why she was overdraft.
