Barb was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered without making me feel rushed. It’s really nice banking somewhere where the staff genuinely care and treat you with respect. Experiences like that make it easy to feel confident and happy about choosing to bank there.
