Worst Experience Ever. Applied a week ago, Never got an update. Called to check status, was told the application was not looked at and immediately hung up on. Called the next day, Rep advised it was sent to the supervisor and again, within 3 seconds hung up on. waited two days , Called again and was told to send docs to the portal.Never got an update, so I called again, Was advised she was going to send an email to supervisor.
