I am so unbelievably upset with the costomer service with this place. I just had a baby and told them that and I would do my best to make some kinda payments when I could the lady who called me today for a payment was so extremely rude I had said the amount I was able to pay and she with an attitude said “um but that’s not the whole payment” and I said I know but that’s what I’m able to do today she then kept asking me inappropriate person questions as if I personally owed her money it made me incredibly uncomfortable.
