Customer Service is cool but I feel like they not organized or don’t communicate.The day your payment is due , their calling and it don’t even be the end of business day yet like gideeeeleee. Then one time I did make my payment and it’s like right after I made the payment, they got to calling and I’m like , I just made my payment and the CSR goes, you sure did , I hung up before she could say anything else because I was pissed off … I feel like the CSR should’ve checked the system thoroughly before calling me!!!
