Normally, I wouldn’t have any issues regarding payments and the ladies were very understanding of this. However, I am very surprised of how I was recently treated over the phone this past Wednesday. I was completely hounded over the phone to make a payment (that I expressed I didn’t have multiple times). Even when I did provide card information, it got declined (I didn’t have the funds). This truly upset me and this has never happened before. This wasn’t professional to me or considerate of my current circumstances.
