I called to see if I could make a partial payment for my mother and the woman on the other end of the phone answered a business phone with just hello like she was at home. And then when I asked her if I can make a partial payment on my mother‘s loan she said no we don’t take partial payments when I asked her why and she said because we didn’t give the loan impartial payments.
