Did my application online had to go in to sign paperwork. Staff is super helpful, the process was very quick and just overall great customer service.
I really wanted to support this small-town business, but it’s disappointing to see how poorly employees are treated here. A business is only as strong as the people working in it, and it’s sad when management doesn’t seem to value or respect them. This place could be so much better if it focused on creating a positive environment for staff as well as customers. It’s unfortunate, because in a small town, we all want to see local businesses succeed—not struggle because of how they treat their own people.
Found that this place discriminates against its employees for their harmless differences in personalities and religion. Very upsetting and disappointing from a small town business.
Recently got a loan from here, Manny Garcia was so helpful and kind during the entire process and even gave me some great advice on how to build my credit score. 10/10 recommend!
