I had the worst experience with the phone agent . She was very rude and disrespectful . When I was told that I couldn’t get the loan , I asked several times for proper reasoning and redirection for help and I was told that I didn’t meet their standards and to use google . This behavior and attitude shouldn’t be tolerated by a professional company like this and I will not be doing business in the future .
