Horrible service since the new team took over. I referred a friend and was supposed to get a $50 bonus, they told him they would send me a check. Waited two weeks, nothing. I went in to make a payment on my loan and inquired about it, the manager acted like she knew nothing about it, her assistant however said, "yeah I remember him." Still, "we need to talk to a supervisor." Ok, two weeks later made another payment, inquired again with more information, same response, "I can't get a hold of my supervisor."
