This company was very quick to give me a loan. The staff was very personable, friendly, and accomodating when I initially received my loan. All after that it went down hill! The first month my payment was due, I got a telephone call 3 times asking me where my payment was, when I told them that because the payment date was on a Sunday, that I thought that I had until Monday morning to pay on it the associate told me that "no such thing" that it should have been sent in several days before so that they could have it in hand.
