The ladies here help me out in a tight bind and are very welcoming. They are very understanding if financial troubles come up and I need to make payment arrangements.
The staff at Security Finance Swansea are hands down one of the most understanding, patient and thoughtful staff I have ever encountered. I have many health issues, so I have had to have multiple surgeries/procedures and the staff have not only helped me financially during those times but have also been mindful of my health and are generally concerned for my well being. Give this branch a try if you can.
