I went to apply for a loan Cindy said I was approved but I had to go get some paper work to prove address and income no big deal then when I returned the other manager said sorry I can't approve you after I was told I was approved and did the running around to get the she wanted I have the money to pay back I don't think that once you say your approval that another employee could pull the rug right under you she has no idea what she did to me
Very friendly and helpful
