Be careful when doing business with SFB. Poor customer service. Bad for system glitches. Currently pursuing legal action due to fraudulent activity that they allowed to happen and provide no protection from.
Huge shout out to Security Federal Bank, 1705 Whiskey Rd. We are moving to Aiken by the end of Oct and wanted to open a bank account before the move. Laura Angelos and Wes Johnikin spent at least an hour each walking us through the online application process. They were so helpful and patient as we encountered some hiccups.
These people are a bunch of LIARS. First they tell me I had a house loan then turned around and lowering it. Then they turn around and tell me I wasn't qualified. Plus I wasn't ready to buy a house. WANT A HOUSE LOAN DONT GO TO THESE PEOPLE! THEY GET YOUR HOPES UP AND THEN LET YOU DOWN. I don't do well with run arounds and I would like to speak to a manager over this.
