Went to Security Federal asking for a loan, for a car loan, the agent Erica Baynham, did not attempt to help us, we saw it as soon as we came in! Unprofessional, and did not suggest alternatives or even tried! I am closing my account asap! All she said was negative things instead of offering alternatives! Not once did she say.. would you like me to apply for the loan for you? Not once! Horrible service
Security Federal Bank has been MY bank for over 25+ years & has always the friendliest most professional staff . Conveniently located for me , even at Hilton Head where I vacation frequently Online Banking, & even Saturday hours in some locations. I appreciate their availability & efficiency when i need help.Thanks for ALL the great 25+ years & hopefully many more!
