Every day I get more and more disappointed with this bank. Be it the ATMs not working, or not being able to make a deposit via ATM or the horrible loan department. Already have a auto loan with the bank. Which was a nightmare to get. Try to refinance that vehicle and the loan rep (Tonya Key) is just horrible. Have to send the same info to her multiple times cause she cant understand how to use a email apparently. Then tells me I cant get a loan.. for a vehicle I have a loan with for with that very bank! Please update the weekend hours because the bank was not open Saturday.
Never ending amount of disappointment with banking here as a business owner. Set up was hard, transferring between banks is near impossible, getting cash out is hard. Constant issues with app. Just frustrating as the only reason we came here was to support a local bank. Can’t deposit in the ATM. Call me crazy but feel like that’s a fair expectation. Especially when the ATM has no less than 3 references to deposits.
