She put me in touch with Gary Wertz who resolved all of the issues I was experiencing in a matter of minutes. He also took an interest in getting feedback to improve their business. They do not value their customers. They only greet certain customers and they don’t like to put your money in your hand they prefer for you to just pick it up off the counter. Which is rude being that initially everything was handed to the teller in their hand. Poor customer service. I only go there because it’s the nearest one.
