Customer service wasn't good that day
I like Security Federal but this location is absolutely terrible. The staff is always rude and never happy to see you. Instead of being treated with a warm welcome, the staff act’s disappointed you’re there because they actually have to do a little work to run some deposits. I deal with 7 banks and this is the only branch of any bank that does not have a commercial deposit drive thru lane. I run several businesses and my time is if the essence, I prefer to use the drive thru so I can catch up on calls. Every time I go throug... read more
