They always check to see if the debit is yours
I received a call that my payments for car loan have not been received when o have proof that I paid every month on time. I’ve tried calling their offices 10 times!!! Three different numbers. The phone just rang. Not even an operator or automated message to redirect me. My payments reflect and my balance has remained the same. I’m still waiting on a call back from the request I placed online.
