Tried several times calling 800 number, needed to speak with a person. Every time line ringing for next available person rang so many times that the call disconnected. Tried calling the number for which long distance charges apply, same results. This is intolerable!!
Terrible service. 800# is complete crap, can't get a hold of anyone unless I wait 45 minutes on the phone.
Wow...I am trying to straighten out a MC issue for my elderly parents (members for 50 years) and there are no longer any branch numbers available. When I call the 800# or the 810 # which are the ONLY published numbers, I have 32 calls ahead of me -really?. YOUR CHANGES ARE NOT SERVING THE MEMBER. BTW, the annoying voicemail is how every other big business treats their CUSTOMERS. Oh, and I wouldn't call you IF I could have resolved the issue online so quit repeating that I can go online and attempt to resolve my own issue.
