Bank is supposed to open at 9 am. I'm sitting waiting in the drive thru just for the employee to be in the window on her phone not paying attention to the cars pulling up. This is ridiculous.
This older black lady was kind of rude… (I’m black myself). She wasn’t even trying to let me speak and kept cutting me off in a nasty manner. I don’t have a problem with the bank itself but she need to learn how to talk to people…
