If I can give a 0 , I would. I received a call by Debbie Glencoe, who I spoke to briefly about my college debt. I mentioned to her that I will be paying it in full next week directly to the college. She said no, I have to hand it to them. Then proceeded to be very rude, and hung up in my face before saying bye. I don’t give a damn, that’s no way to treat somebody.
I have no idea who these people are so I googled them. I received a phone call stating that I emailed them asking about a situation. I have gone through my emails and that is a lie!!!!
Called me looking for someone who I have no idea is. If you are going to try to be"debt collectors" at least have your information correct.
Cannot express my hatred for this company enough. They have been harassing me for years, and when they can’t get ahold of me, they call my family members just to tell them they can’t give any information to them but that they need me to call them. The debt they are calling me about is inaccurate, doesn’t even exist. The only time I’ve ever answered they wanted me to give them my card number over the phone and the guy told me I could trust him because he knew the last 4 of my social.
