Very difficult to get a hold of an agent
If I can give a 0 , I would. I received a call by Debbie Glencoe, who I spoke to briefly about my college debt. I mentioned to her that I will be paying it in full next week directly to the college. She said no, I have to hand it to them. Then proceeded to be very rude, and hung up in my face before saying bye. I don’t give a damn, that’s no way to treat somebody.
I have no idea who these people are so I googled them. I received a phone call stating that I emailed them asking about a situation. I have gone through my emails and that is a lie!!!!
Called me looking for someone who I have no idea is. If you are going to try to be"debt collectors" at least have your information correct.
