I went to this little run down office to take care of my daughter's insurance business. I must I can't think of anyone being so rude and disrespectful to me. I was so shocked. I was tempted to slap the poop out of that woman who said she was in charge. This thing should be cleaning floors not dealing with the public. It sad she is bigger than the position, give this raggedy woman a position at the white house. Rate 0000

If there was a rating of 0 you guys would get it! the lack of politeness and common courtesy evades you people. I'm sorry I've dealt with alot of business and you people have the worst customer service ive ever seen. by the way im not even your customer i was paying a payment for someone else, and if you talk to your regulars the way you spoke to me then i understand why you may not have much business.
