Personally I have had nothing but horrible experiences when dealing with this bank. Upon depositing a check if you don't already have that amount in your account they will put a 7 day hold on your money then cite the reason as "they have confidential information the check won't be paid" and a 7 day hold is placed on the money. This has been the pattern I have experienced at this bank. It takes seconds to validate a check why jam up people's money. They close at 3 during the week and 5 on friday.

A nice small town bank, just like the bank I previously used, until it changed it's name twice & then sold out to another bigger bank that really screwed it up. But that's besides the point. This bank is awesome, when you call, you actually get a live person who is in this branch, not some stupid automated answering system, or customer service in some other city. The best bank around you don’t have to deal with big corporations and all the fees that come with them. Very friendly staff and easy to work with lenders. Would recommend this bank to anyone in the area.
I had to give it a 1 to be able to comment This so called bank manager is a real piece of work for sure. He actually cursed me out over the phone and was very abusive. I would not recommend this bank to no one not even my worst enemy. Worst bank hands down! I’m surprised better business bureau in Houston ,Mo has not shut them down!
