Always great service.. Joshua is a good example of a courteous, helpful point of contact at the Woodland Branch.
Always a fan of superior customer service which is what I received today from PJ at the Woodlawn location in Lenexa. Her fun and warm presence always makes me want to come into the branch vs driving through the car lane. She has such a personable style which seems rare in todays world
PJ was so kind in assisting me today. She was wonderful to work with.
I want to compliment the Security Bank staff at one of their newer locations on Woodland Road in Lenexa. Their customer service staff were very friendly & helpful, in particular Abdullah who helped me understand some issues I was having with depositing checks and availability timing. The manager Lauren is also very friendly & reminded me that she is always available also for any questions or assistance. Their new facility there looks nice inside.
