I got to the bank just after it closed on Saturday. Lisa noticed me in the parking lot. She came over to see if she could help me. I had received a call from the “fraud department” that my debit card has been compromised. I went into the bank to confirm. Lisa assured me it was not legitimate and showed me how to lock my debit card. Thanks to Lisa, I did not lose any money. She definitely went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!
