The Security bank in Leawood, Ks is the best of all. I have visited several and this one is my go to for sure. The best customer service they are the friendliest, the most outgoing, real people pleasers! My one and only choice!
Went to deposit my cash and the atm cancelled it, I went inside for a cash deposit and they immediately walked me outside to the atm for a live teller, had to stand outside in the heat while 8months pregnant to deposit my cash tips. The live teller even told me to go inside next time to make it easier and when I told her what happened, she told me they shouldn’t have done that. Changing banks next week because I’m tired of this. I went there because I was having some issues with my card, nothing to do with the bank, tho. Robert, Evelyn, and Justin were so helpful and super nice. Excellent customer service!
