Olivia was wonderful and spent time not just setting my teen up with a debit card but also explaining how to do everything. She got the app on his phone, taught him how to use it, for him signed up for estatements, got his pin set up, Google wallet, and explained lots of beginning things a first time banker needs to know. I even learned a few things about the app I've had for a long time.

Had a problem with my accounts. Was upset, went into the bank in Shawnee and Sonya was there and helped me get Everything fixed. Absolutely professional caring was treated as a person and went above and beyond to put me and my wife at ease. Give her12 out of 10 stars.
Great experience overall, bankers were very nice and helpful, Olivia did a great job explaining everything and helping me get setup with a new account, definitely recommend banking here.
