Security Bank of KC, Branch 612, 137th and Metcalf was fantastic!! Dennis, Ruese and Leah all assisted me with a task I have been dreading to address with my online banking account. When I ran into a roadblock they reached out to other members and resources to ultimately solve my issues. They went above and beyond to help me, not to mention their kindness and eagerness to assist. Such a great experience, thank you guys!!
