Skylee was a major factor in turning a previous one-star review into a four-star review. Skylee gets five stars for her friendliness, great attitude, and efficiency. Security lost a star, as well as me doing my mortgage through them, over a $3 per month paper statement fee. I feel this is unwarranted when a person always carries a minimum balance in their checking account. Either way, kudos to Skylee, she is awesome
