Had my best ever in-person visit at Security Bank's Liberty branch. I was warmly greeted by the Teller when I entered the bank. I had forgotten to bring anything with my account number. After showing her my ID, she completed the deposit slip for me and handed me my receipt. All with a smile, a cheery voice and in less than 3 minutes. Thanks Rayleen! You exemplified how a bank customer should be treated!
