I primarily do my banking at the security Bank of Kansas City plaza branch. I've received excellent customer service from Jose and Andy in management positions at this location. Both are always very helpful and quick with special requests and regular banking procedures. It's nice to be greeted by your name and a smile and not feel like just a number.
