Horible customer service – We have an auto loan with them and it has been a nightmare. We have NEVER received a statement in the 4+ years we have had the loan and get a different answer every time we call the bank. We have repeatedly called them asking for clarity and not received any. We tried to get online access to our account and they said we had to re-apply. What? Because we did not know when a payment was due, and they could not tell us, they have trashed our credit.
