The teller at lee summit was terrible

I was having problems printing my bank statements and the person that helped me was very patient and kind. More customers came in after me and she didn't ask me to step aside and wait. She took the time to setup my phone and gave me instructions how to print statements.
My wife and I recently visited the Sam Walton, Security Bank branch, it is located off of 291 and Scruggs Rd in Lee's Summit MO. We had the very best experience working with a wonderful person named Debbie Wade. She helped us through some account obstacles and got us moving in the correct direction. We both appreciate Deb and we will always come back to see her for a fun and inviting experience.
