Not a friendly bank – NOT AN EASY BANK TO GET ALONG WITH. I joined Valley View about a year ago after having been with one of the big name banks for ten years or more. I thought it might be a bank that was less impersonal. Wrong. If anything its moreso. they make their own contrary rules to live by, most of which I was not told when I joined or I would not have done so.
