On September 13th, 2021. I called “SBOKC”to verify if the account number matches the business name that is on the check I received. I spoke with a supervisor named Brenda Jones. Brenda informed me that she could not very the account and I would have to go inside the bank to get help. Once I told her that I live in another state, Brenda asked me for the name of the business.
