Customer Phone Security Bank Crawford and a real person answers the phone, not an endless loop of recordings. I signed my car loan papers at 9:30 PM at my home. I had a problem addressed on Sunday afternoon by the bank manager. One employee got my daughter event tickets just to be nice. We have used online banking for years with no problems. Of course, we had to fill out online banking paper work but that is for security reasons. Compared to Chase Bank that charged me $6 to cash one of their own checks. Wells Fargo charged m... read more
WTF This bank is too small for me. I tried to look at my savings account balance online and was told that the process to do so would be as follows 1)Come into the bank 2)Fill out a bunch of forms 3)Have those faxed to the corporate office 4)Wait a day or 2 for corporate to get the online account set up for me. Umm... if there's not an app I can get for that, NO THANK YOU!
