This company has been the worst lending company I have ever worked with. Below are some of the issues that I have experienced within the last few months: * Lack of attention to detail and incorrect data. They had my name spelled incorrectly on all forms, they had my salary incorrect, they had my rental income incorrect, they didn't know the type of loan I had on another property was a USDA loan, they went back and forth so drastically on payment amounts that they ranged from $790 to almost $1000 a month.
